SALES & SERVICE

• Our “designer-sales” staff is paid a “team” commission which means you can work with WHOEVER is available when you need help. At RJ Thomas, Ltd., we put the client first.

• Time is money and technology is key when it comes to service, that’s why
RJ Thomas, Ltd. provides each of its team members with a computer, complete with Internet access and a color scanner / copier / printer so you can have high-quality product photos quickly and conveniently when specifying products for your projects.

• At RJ Thomas, Ltd., we never mark-up our products above their “normal” retail prices, so you can design and sell with confidence.

DELIVERY & RECEIVING

• RJ Thomas, Ltd. does not charge freight on any shipments east of the Mississippi. This means you won’t incur any unexpected charges after the order is placed.

• Nearly all of our items are available for quick delivery off of our floor. In addition, we also offer
30-day delivery from many of our major vendors to help you complete your projects on time.
