All of our clients love the “one-stop” shopping atmosphere of our showroom – from completely styled rooms to the perfect “finishing touch” accessories, everything you need for your remodeling and redecorating projects can be found among our 15,000 square feet of showroom space in suites 72 and 82 at Michigan Design Center. Sales & Service

• Our degreed designer-sales staff is paid a “team” commission which means you can work with WHOEVER is available when you need help. At RJ Thomas, we put the client first.

Our highly-trained sales staff is happy to provide floor plan and color selection assistance to all clients.

• Time is money and technology is key when it comes to service, that’s why RJ Thomas provides each of its team members with a computer, complete with internet access and a color scanner / copier / printer so you can have high-quality product photos quickly and conveniently when specifying products for your projects.

• At RJ Thomas, Ltd., we never mark-up our products above their “normal” retail prices, so you can design and sell with confidence.

Delivery & Follow-Up

• RJ Thomas offers FREE FREIGHT on any furniture shipments east of the Mississippi and pays 50% of the freight on all furniture orders from California. This means you won’t incur any unexpected charges after the order is placed.

• RJ Thomas has a full-time customer service person available to handle any quality issues, freight claims or simply answer questions about your order.

• RJ Thomas is pleased to loan our cargo van to designers at no cost, to help them with accessory, small furniture and do-it-yourself deliveries.

• Nearly all of our items are available for quick delivery off of our floor. In addition, we also offer 30-day delivery from many of our major vendors to help you complete your projects on time.
